  At Mens Body Works we call it Single Y-Front & Double Y-Front waxing.

 We have performed 100's of them so you are not alone. The difference between the two being:

A Single Y-Front is a clean up of the front area including speedo line.

A Double Y-Front is EVEYTHING also know as the "back,crack & sack"!

 If you're not quite up for waxing, [remembering that scene from 40 year-old Virgin], then clipping may be an option.
